Interest was high when these novel “live and work” condos hit the online auction block. Located in one of the most thriving cities in America – Charlotte, NC – and tucked away in the heart of the city’s historic district, the Abbot South End was an ideal community to be auctioned. Nearly 6,000 clicks hit the campaign’s site, with 115 registered to participate in bidding. With media coverage in The Charlotte Observer and targeted advertising throughout North Carolina and the wider U.S. market, this campaign proved that buyer interest could be found, even in the midst of a growing economic crisis.
